Making strides against breast cancer at Central Park

My mom is a breast cancer survivor.

Every year, we walk with her at Central Park.
I think the event is called Making Strides.
Against breast cancer of course.

This year we are doing it again.
So last weekend, I went with my mom early morning at 7 AM to meet here friends at Central Park.
I was still sleepy but my mom was ready, so I slept again in the car.
My dad and my sister came join us later.

We met her team at around 7.45 and after everybody was there, we started the walk.
It was a loooooong one.
At least for me :).
After 2 miles, my legs hurt!

Well, but I kept walking with my mom and got a hot dog near the finish line.
We finished it and celebrated with  my mom, my dad, my sister and their friends.
It was good to be able to sit down.

I have some chips and drinks as well.
So that we sat down near the mall of Central Park and chatted.
My mom took a lot of photos.

I am super happy my mom is much healthier now.
I hope we all stay healthy.

Liberty Statue

We finally go to Liberty Statue and Ellis Island.
Yaaay!

My grandmothers are here so my mom and dad took us all to the Liberty Statue and Ellis Island.

She is huge!

Too bad we didn't get the ticket to the pedestal
But even looking at the Liberty Statue from the ground is already great.

We took the cruise from Battery Park and went to see the Statue.

We walked around the Statue and my mom and my dad took tons of photos.
It was tiring but we saw a lot of beautiful views.

We also had the audio so we could listen to the story.
It was fun!

Lake Powell, Page, Arizona

Do you like cruising on the lake?
We had a great experience in Lake Powell, Page, Arizona, spring last year.

I know, Mama and Bapak has taken us to another Spring Break road trip.
But I really like of boat tour trip in Lake Powell.

do you like it?

We visited the city of  Page because Bapak wanted to visit Horseshoe Bend.

That place is really beautiful.

But we have to hike for about 30 minute :).

Not bad because after that we saw wonderful view. 

So, after Horseshoe Bend, Mama and Bapak took us to the boat trip.

Lake Powell is big.

I love the rocks around the lake.

So majestic.

When we had our bot tour, the sky was nice and blue.
It was really a great day!

We really had a great trip.

Before getting on the boat, we had our lunch at the marina.

Our trip to Page, Arizona

In our spring break, we went on a road trip.

We flew from New York to Las Vegas, then we were heading to several cities.

We rent a new car called the Grand Dodge Caravan.
I like the van because it is big. It also  has an automatic doors, unlike our cars at home.

in Vegas, we went to a cafe to buy T-shirt and the beach ball.
Vegas was crowded.
So many people there.

We saw like mini NYC as well, like Liberty statue and Times Square.

After Vegas, we moved to Page, Arizona.
It was a long drive.

On the way I watched the Minions movie and it was awesome.
Have you watched the Minions movie before its about the minions finding the most despicable master they could find. Then they find Scarlet Overkill but Scarlet betrayed the minions and then they found Grove.

I feel sad and mad when Scarlet betrayed the minions, I also feel like I want to punch Scarlet in the face so hard. Excuse me :)

Before stopping at Page, we went to Horseshoe Bend.
It was great!
But also dangerous because it is beautiful but by the cliff.

But then we had to walk back to the car.
I was soooooo tired.

On Page we went to the Lower Antelope Canyon and it was really low but we found some cool photos.

Also here we found some dinosaur tracks here.

We saw some awesome rocks like the lady got blown by the wind, the lions den, and the heart. It's amazing.

We went on a boat tour and were taking photos.

Then we went to the car and went to Death Valley and I will share more in the next post.
