The Amazing Bali Trip Part 1

Hello from Kelingking Beach 🏖

Here we go!

How is everybody? I hope everyone is fine and although we are in the middle of the pandemic, we still have a lot to do from home including schools.

I have been enjoying my online classes from the comfort of home, particularly my room, and although it is probably not perfect, but it’s good to continue our study. And the good thing is, it feels like you do have a holidays with some Homeworks occasionally LOL.

Anyway I would like to share a little story about our trip to Bali last December as my mom and my dad decided to have a little break from their works.

We started the journey on early morning and in Saturday to take the first flight to Bali from Halim Perdanakusuma airport. Our flight is at 7 on the dot and we have to be there before 6. We left home at 5 and lined up for all the new procedures during the pandemic. Days before that for the first time I took my rapid test at home together with my sister and my parents. Good thing that all the results were negative or non-responsive so we were good to go.

All non reactive

The flight was smooth and we arrived in Bali quite early. We went directly to the hotel, which is the Conrad Bali, and Holiday started. It was still Saturday so we basically enjoy your time in the hotel and it’s really good to see some other places besides Jakarta and half the pool as well as the big hotel mostly for ourselves. That Saturday we didn’t go anywhere because the next day, on Sunday, we were traveling to Nusa Penida Island.

That place was amazing!

We took the boat from Sanur to go to this island and had a private tour. We went to Kelingking Beach which will blow your mind! It’s scary to see it from the cliff but the view is wow!

I went down the stairs with my dad to see the place closer. Boy it was even scarier LOL. The stairs are so steep! it was very tiring because the weather was very hot and the stairs are very steep. So we only went halfway there and decided to go back again to meet my mom and my sister. It was quite an experience. The next stops we have are broken beach and Angel’s Billabong. Then we swam at Crystal Bay. I love this beach because it is clean but the waves are strong. My sister and I had fun embracing the impact and enjoying the crystal turquoise water. My mom took a lot of photos and videos for sure.

Tiring but the view is WOW

Angel’s Billabong

Well, next we explored Nusa Dua, Karangasem and Ubud. Guess I will come back later.

Thanks for reading the story!

Happy Happy New Year

Cheers from Lampung, Indonesia

It’s been ages since the last time I write down some thing in my blog. Apologies for that but 2019 and 2020 prove to be busy years for me LOL.

As you know life has been changing a lot even before COVID-19 pandemic for me. But I have to say at this point I do enjoy my time in Jakarta, Indonesia. My school it’s cool and I do enjoy my two years of junior high school here, while now I am already on the first grade of senior high school. My friends here are nice and we spend some time a lot online and off-line.

Since the beginning of COVID-19, my classes were done in online platforms like zoom or Google meet. It was a bit challenging in the beginning but at the end of the day, I guess I nailed it! My grades from junior high school are good and satisfying, considering that I really have to adjust with everything since day one here. And then now in my new senior high school, I started it fully online as well because we start the term in the middle of the pandemic. Although I have not met my friends and My teachers directly or physically, but since we spent so much time at the online meeting on daily basis, I feel close to them.

Well I guess I will tell you more about schools later on but now I am very happy because things look better and we do have the vaccine now. I do hope we will have better 2021 with this vaccine and less casualties from the pandemic.

Wishing you all a wonderful 2021 and healthy, safe, happy, and prosperous days ahead.
