Snapchat fun time

Do you like snapchat?

I do :).

So do my mom, my dad, and my sister, Obi. We usually use my mom's phone for that. I took a lot of pictures. But my mom, dad and sister are doing the same.

Our favorite is the alien.

But it changes everyday.

So now we don't have alien any more, but we get vikings and more.

Which one do you like?

Castillo de San Marcos, St. Agustine, Florida

Have you been to the fort before?

You know..
It's a special building with towers, thick walls and lots of canons.
Mama said it was used to protect people from the enemies.
That is cool..

The name is Castillo de San Marcos.
It is in Spanish.

We went to one castle last summer.
It was in Florida.
In St. Augustine city, to be exact.
The castle is huge.
And we run around in the complex.

My mom took so many photos while we were here
I saw canons.
So many canons.
I remember the social study we had at school about the Civil War.
Canons are for war, I guess.

We climbed the wall as well.
The short wall by the river.

But we couldn't get into the castle.
Yet we still enjoy our time here :).

Playing with drones

My daddy got a new toy.

The drone!
It is called Phantom 3.
It could fly up to the sky and take pictures.
Or record a video of us.

It is so cool.
I really like it :).

it's flying...

But my daddy said I can not play with it because it was too complicated for kids.
We went to Bear Mountain to try flying it.

I sounded like thousand of bees humming together.
And it went up so high.

My sister and I love chasing it around :).
But Bapak, my daddy, was fully concentrating while flying it.

After that we took a lot of pictures.
Well, my mom took a lot of pictures.
It was really a beautiful day.

Trombone, anyone..

Hi there...

It has been a while I didn't write my story here :)

I just joined the school band.
And guess what..
I choose trombone :)

Yeaaah..trombone..

I just like to play it.
It looks cool.
But it's not that easy at all, hahaha..
you have to know how to put it in your mouth.
Then you do it by blowing the air from your tummy.

Mr. Blake teaches us how to blow it right.
And I keep practising at home.

We have our winter concert as well.
And I will continue practising until I get better and better.

Miami Beach

We continued our summer break road trip again.
After enjoying Florida with all the fun times in the theme parks, we went to Miami.

Mama said Miami is famous for its great beaches.

So, we went there, with Bapak driving from Orlando.
By the time we arrived, we directly spent some times in the pool.

Miami is hot and pool is cool.

Then at night, we went to downtown and had a great meal at the local cafe.
I love the food, too.

the next day, we went to the famous South Beach.
I love the beach.
The sand is so soft.

We didn't really swim here, though.
Just playing in the water and on the sand.
Jumping around as I like with Obi.

But it was hot.
So we stayed under the shade

After this, we went to Key Largo for snorkeling.

I just couldn't wait because we hadn't snorkeled for a loooong time :).

Let's have fun in Disneyland, Florida :)

Disneyland, here we comeeee...

It was Mama's birthday and we all celebrated it in Disneyland, Orlando.
It was a long drive from NYC.
But we all got sooo excited :).

We we to many attractions.

We took the rides...

We took pictures everywhereee...

We met so many cool characters, like from the Toy Story..

We joined the play..

we even got the chance to meet Elsa and Ana :). Obi et Mama took pictures with them ..

It is really a cool place..

One day is not enough.

I hope we can come back and visit this place again one day ....

Boone Hall Plantation, Charleston

Halo again..

I am back..

Mama told me I still can share my last summer trip with the whole family here.
Although it's Fall already :).

When we were in Charleston, we went to Boone Hall Plantation.

It is a huge place.

We walked a lot here.

And have a house tour as well.

The Mansion, not the house..because it is big and beautiful.

It was hot but we keep staying under the shade.

And mama wore this huge hat..

We had fun looking around and learning about the history.

They have slave street here, too.

        

But what I like best is that I can run around and jump under the tree.
